This Weeks Outfits

Mostly this week has been spent been spent in work out clothes and actually worked out in them instead of lazing around the house and eating deliveroo, which is something I never thought I'd say. I'm proud that in a week of working a fair bit and also being very ill one day, I've still managed to work out for 30 minutes on 3 occasions. Its probably not a lot to gym fanatics but its a start.
 I mentioned in my New Years Resolutions post here that my biggest aim currently is to get in better shape for various reasons and to have some to channel my anxiety into. I'm sure I will keep you posted.
